the location was really central, that was a big plus. the staff was friendly, that's always nice. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, so i could have a hot drink whenever i wanted.
my room faced the street, so there was street noise at night. the bathroom could have been cleaner, i noticed a stain on the sink.

the staff were helpful, that met expectations. they were very friendly.
The noise outside was terrible. delivery trucks ran all night restocking nearby shops, and music next door played loudly until midnight on a weekday. the dust in the curtains bothered me. I didn't see any toiletries either
